•  LET ONLY - This is the introduction of a suitable tenant for the landlords' property, which includes an assured shorthold tenancy agreement. The fee for this is 8% of the gross annual rent. If the same tenant renews for a second consecutive year, a reduced fee of 7% of the gross annual rent will be charged for that period only.

•  RENT COLLECTION - Alternatively, we can combine our 'let only' service with collecting the rent on your behalf. The fee for this is 10% of the gross annual rent. If the same tenant renews for a second consecutive year, a reduced fee of 9% of the gross annual rent will apply for that period only.

•  FULL MANAGEMENT - In addition to our finding suitable tenants, this service combines 'let only' and 'rent collection' with the additional advantage that we take care of all of the problems that may arise during the tenancy. *   As a landlord this will offer peace of mind   knowing you will not be inconvenienced by trivial problems as we take care of them. The fee for this service is 12% of the gross annual rent, and if the same tenant renews for a second consecutive year, a reduced fee of 11% of the gross annual rent will apply for that year only.

* Problems concerning maintenance of the property, such as    repairs and decorations up to a maximum of £200.00.For repairs in excess amount, we will obtain your approval first (except in an emergency).

GUARANTEED RENT SCHEME - This service is a preferred option for long term letting. It combines not only the hassle-free full management service but also offers the reassurance that your rent payments will be guaranteed, even if your property is vacant.
